1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gleam (“the Service”), operated at gleam.fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Gleam is a YouTube niche research tool that provides video performance analysis, gap scoring, and outlier detection. The Service requires users to provide their own YouTube Data API key obtained from Google Cloud Console.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Gleam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. YouTube API Key
The Service requires your personal YouTube Data API key. You are responsible for complying with Google’s YouTube API Terms of Service. Gleam is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube. Your API key usage is subject to Google’s daily quota limits.
5. Free Trial & Subscription
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
6. Payment & Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact help@gleam.fit for refund requests.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is the property of Gleam. YouTube video data displayed through the Service is sourced from the YouTube Data API and remains the property of the respective content creators and YouTube/Google.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Gleam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
